抗流掛型聚氨酯防水涂料Anti-sagging polyurethane waterproof coating
執行標準:
本產品是以異氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇為主要原料，配以特殊助劑、填充劑、顏料，在先進的工藝設備中經聚合反應而成。立面單次涂膜厚度達到0.5-1.0mm，具有較強的立面抗流掛性，能有效解決普通涂料在立面施工出現流淌而導致的涂膜厚度不均勻的質量通病。
The main raw materials of product are isocyanate and polyether polyol, compounding with special auxiliaries, filler agent, pigment, etc. by polyreaction equipment. Waterproof coating can react to moisture to forming continuous rubber performance paint film by roller coating to substratum. Single coating procedure can form 0.5-1.0mm waterproof film, that anti-sagging property can avoid construction quality defect because of waterproof coating flowing down on vertical surface before actual drying.

產品特點
1、VOC含量低，環境友好；
2、具有較強的立面抗流掛性，立面單次涂膜厚度達到0.5-1.0mm，節約材料；
3、有效固含量高，涂布率高，相同厚度干膜，每千克涂料多涂布約10%的面積；
4、拉伸強度高，延伸率大，回彈性好，抗基層形變能力強；
5、耐水侵蝕、耐化學侵蝕、耐霉變。
1. Low volatile organic compound (VOC) is safety and environmentally friendly.
2. Excellent anti-sagging property on vertical surface, which the single coating procedure can form 0.5-1.0mm waterproof film. Coating waste can be avoided efficiently.
3. High solid content has advantage in coating rate, that equal weight anti-sagging product coating can increase 10% construction areas than other series polyurethane waterproof coating.
4. The performance of high tensile strength and elongation, and resilience elasticity can resist to shrinkage deformation and cracking of the substratum.
5、It has excellent resistant performance of chemical and mould corrosion, which can withstand to influence of complex environment.
